Giving to our Parish
Supporting your Parish Financially
The work of your Parish continues even during the Coronavirus pandemic and is supported entirely by your generosity. Indeed, our parish, like all parishes in the Diocese of Lancaster, pays a levy to help fund the central offices and agencies of the Diocese, like the Education Service, the Finance and Property Offices, the Youth Service and Safeguarding Office. Our Parish, however, is expected to support itself and its mission.
- Obviously, it is not possible to offer financial support via the usual weekly collection at Sunday Mass during the current pandemic. Indeed, our Parish is likely to see a significant reduction of income should the current crisis continue for a protracted period. The practical ramifications will be extremely serious. Consequently, if you would like to make your donation to the Parish by Standing Order or Bank Transfer – please use the following details:
Account Name: Catholic Parish of St John Vianney & St Monica
Account Number: 11334611
Sort Code: 40-27-02
A Standing Order Mandate Form (with our parish details already included) can be completed here by individuals and given to their bank.
- Cheques may be issued to: ‘The Catholic Parish of St John Vianney & St Monica, Blackpool’ and sent in the post to: The Rev D Etienne, The Presbytery, 26 Glastonbury Ave, Blackpool, Lancs, FY1 6RD (UK).
Thank you for your generosity and support. Donors will be remembered in all our prayers and Masses. Any queries do contact Fr Etienne on 01253 762227 or at: firstname.lastname@example.org
